Helping clients realize their objectives, without overpaying”. Tom Szulga’s first rule of real estate is “you make your money when you buy”. Tom views each home purchase as an opportunity to make a great long term investment which you’ll be living in and enjoying for the next 5, 10, or 20+ years. If you overpay for a property today, it could be years before you break even, let alone make a profit. This is where Tom Szulga can help you most.
Tom and his wife have lived in the Newport Beach community of Bayshores for the last three decades. They have two sons, one daughter, and two dogs. All of their children have attended Newport Harbor High School, and have participated in the following programs: Newport Beach Junior Lifeguards, Swim Team, Cotillion, Indian Princesses, Football Team, Wrestling Team, Golf Team, Varsity Rowing, and FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes). Tom enjoys attending his children’s sporting and school events and having family BBQ’s each weekend on their neighborhood beach. He can be found on his stand up paddleboard most mornings, and on his snowboard during the winter months.
Tom Szulga started his career teaching computer classes at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory while an undergraduate student. Upon graduation, Tom was recruited by Drexel Burnham Lambert to work in their high yield bond department, splitting his time between Drexel’s Beverly Hills operation and their New York City headquarters. After Drexel, Tom found himself at Jefferies & Company on their high yield sales and trading floor. He obtained his real estate license in 1996.
If you’re looking for that special vacation beach home or planning to relocate to the Newport Beach area, I’d be honored to help you find your new home.
